Grade FL, Salary £35,500 per annum (London based) or Grade FN, Salary £31,870 per annum (outside London)
Location: Anywhere in UK – Hybrid working (minimum 2 office days per week)

Now the Royal College of General Practitioners is looking for a Membership Events Coordinator to help deliver an exciting calendar of high-quality member events across the UK.
The Royal College of General Practitioners is the largest membership organisation for GPs in the UK. Founded in 1952, it has over 55,000 members who are committed to improving patient care, developing their own skills and promoting general practice as a discipline.
If you’re creative, organised, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.
You will play a central role in organising some of the College’s flagship events – from national awards galas and member ceremonies to webinars and community events – working from idea through to delivery and review. This includes coordinating speakers, liaising with key stakeholders, marketing events, working within budgets, and ensuring every delegate has an outstanding experience.
You will be part of a small, high-performing team that works across the organisation to design and deliver events that members truly value.
The successful candidate will bring excellent event planning skills, attention to detail, and a flair for communication, with experience of managing multiple projects and building strong relationships.
