- Be the first point of contact for member queries, ensuring every interaction is timely, friendly, and accurate.
- Support our flagship Ceremonies and high-profile events—from managing guest lists to being on-site to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Use data and feedback to help shape communications, improve services, and elevate the member event experience.
- Bridge teams across the organisation, aligning processes and keeping everyone informed.
- Maintain high standards in customer care, constantly looking for ways to improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a membership or customer-focused environment, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence handling sensitive situations.
- Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and GDPR is a bonus.

We're looking for a motivated analyst with a passion for data quality, insight generation, and supporting meaningful member experiences. In this role, you’ll help manage and analyse membership data, build reports and dashboards, support surveys and feedback activities, and work with teams across the organisation to drive data-informed decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining clean, accurate membership data across our CRM and related systems.
- Assisting in the analysis of membership trends, including retention, engagement, and behavioural patterns.
- Producing clear reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools to support teams across the organisation.
- Supporting our annual member survey, feedback exercises, and intelligencegathering activities.
- Working closely with marketing, events, and programmes teams to provide targeting data for campaigns and track engagement.
- Documenting data processes and contributing to continuous improvements in how we handle and interpret member insights.
What you’ll bring:
A foundational understanding of data tools (Excel, Power BI or SQL), strong attention to detail, curiosity about what data can reveal, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical colleagues.
