Marketing Executive
REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing

CONTRACT: Full-Time, Permanent

Job mission: to engage supporters and drive attendances through compelling cross-channel marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns across season tickets, matchday ticketing and memberships revenue
- Assist with retail marketing campaigns with the goal of putting a replica shirt on the back of every City fan
- Support the execution of paid media campaigns, assisting with setup, monitoring, and optimisation
- Lead on the preparation and coordination of marketing assets for matchday, including digital content, graphics, and any printed in-stadium materials
- Support the CRM Executive on initiatives to grow the club’s database through email and data capture campaigns
- Work with external media providers and agencies to activate and manage marketing campaigns i.e. radio, outdoor and digital
- Support the Fan Engagement team with the coordination of any supporter events
Experience required:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Understanding and experience of digital marketing channels, including social media, email and paid media
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or video editing tools is desirable
