For 35 years, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has been there for people facing some of the most critical moments of their lives, delivering lifesaving emergency care across the Midlands.
As we celebrate this significant milestone and embark on an exciting new chapter, we’re looking for an exceptional Communications Manager to play a leading role in shaping how we tell our story, strengthen our reputation and inspire support for our vital work.
As a charity that relies purely on donations and receives no government funding for its daily missions, effective communications play a crucial role in sustaining our lifesaving service.

About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking charity at a pivotal moment in its development.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and income generation. Working across a wide range of projects, you’ll help bring campaigns to life through compelling content, campaign coordination, event marketing and audience engagement activity.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and digital, delivering campaigns that connect supporters with the impact of our work and encourage them to get involved.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment and is inspired to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation
