Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) is the largest Air Ambulance Charity in England serving a population of nearly seven million over six counties. We are an establish healthcare provider with over three decades of experience.Emergency critical care service – our three airbases play a pivotal role in delivering rapid critical prehospital emergency medical care, by ensuring that residents across the Midlands region have access to a network of air ambulance helicopters within 10 minutes. We provide a pre-hospital helicopter-led service, 24/7 operations, 365 days a year, to residents and visitors across the Midlands region, bringing hospital-level procedures and medicines to the patient at the scene of an accident or incident.Charitable programme – we raise funds for our lifesaving service and play an active role within the communities of the six counties that we serve. We provide education programmes, volunteering opportunities and social engagement activities to support with community cohesion and wellbeing.Retail network – we have a growing portfolio of charity shops which contribute towards raising funds for helicopter and critical care car missions. We also support environmental and ethical causes as part of our wider societal role.
Training provider – we deliver community life skill sessions, such as CPR, bleed control and defibrillation usage, alongside CPD accredited courses, ranging from workplace first aid training to specialist pre-hospital clinical training.

About the role
The Senior CRM & Data Insights Executive is a detail-driven and collaborative data professional who will take ownership of our CRM and data operations. The role is essential in ensuring our supporter data is accurate, accessible, and strategically used to drive fundraising and engagement. The postholder will be both a hands-on technical lead and a cross-team collaborator, improving systems, processes and insights that support fundraising growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative person to work as part of a team with the Shop Manager at our shop in Hereford. As well as deputising for the manager on occasion, you will work together to maximise the shop sales and identify new income opportunities. You will also enjoy the freedom of working with each other to set the direction of the shop at a local level, as well as assisting to lead a team of our brilliant volunteers. So being bored is not an option! About you You will have experience of supervising and ideally working within the charity or not for profit sectors alongside significant retail knowledge and experience. Demonstrating emotional intelligence, it is essential that you are a strong team player and can inspire and motivate those around you. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise as well as bringing excellent communication skills with the confidence to provide excellent customer service internally and externally.

About the role
We are looking for a team of two self-employed drivers to assist with furniture delivery and collections for our charity shops based in Gloucester, Walsall, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Wellington, Merry Hill, Shrewsbury and Stoke on Trent. Applicants must have their own van and insurance. Typical jobs involve delivery and collections within a radius of each shop and store to store transfers.
ID and van badges will be provided.

The charity also delivers secondary cover to surrounding areas, such as Warwickshire and mid Wales. Our services are provided by operating three air ambulance helicopters and three critical care cars, which serves the growing Midlands population of six million plus people. Our retail shops provide a presence in the regions in which we serve and are key in bringing in revenue to enable us to continue our life saving service.

Emergency critical care service – Our three airbases play a pivotal role in delivering rapid critical prehospital emergency medical care, by ensuring that residents across the Midlands region have access to a network of air ambulance helicopters within 10 minutes. we provide a pre-hospital helicopter-led service, 24/7 operations, 365 days a year, to residents and visitors across the Midlands region, bringing hospital-level procedures and medicines to the patient at the scene of an accident or incident.
Charitable programme – we raise funds for our lifesaving service and play an active role within the communities of the six counties that we serve. We provide education programmes volunteering opportunities and social engagement activities to support with community cohesion and wellbeing.
Retail network – we have a growing portfolio of charity shops which contribute towards raising funds for helicopter and critical care car missions. We also support environmental and ethical causes as part of our wider societal role.
Training provider – we deliver community life skill sessions, such as CPR, bleed control, defibrillation usage alongside CPD accredited courses ranging from workplace first aid training to specialist pre-hospital clinical training.

About the role
The Supporter Care Administrator will work with the Supporter Care Team in the delivery of the Charity’s stewardship with supporters and donors.
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will ensure excellent customer service is provided to all MAAC supporters, including committed givers, cash supporters, event participants, and general enquirers.
Working as a key part of the charity’s Supporter Care Team, you will have excellent administration skills and will assist with handling/processing incoming support (processing donations, plus associated correspondence) and donor stewardship and recognition.
The role acts as a guardian of the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, processes and compliance.
With excellent communication skills and good attention to detail, you will be self-motivated and capable of multiple-tasking and prioritising, and you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our store in Gloucester. To assist the Shop Manager with all aspects of the charity shop, including volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and take responsibility of managing the shop on a Sunday and when the shop manager is absent. Please note you will be required to work 6 hours Sunday and 3+ during the week. About you
You will have experience of supervising and working within the charity or not for profit sectors alongside significant retail knowledge and experience. Demonstrating emotional intelligence, it is essential that you are a strong team player and can inspire and motivate those around you. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise as well as bringing excellent communication skills with the confidence to provide excellent customer service internally and externally. As the role may involve lone working applicants should be over 18 years of age.
