Marketing Campaigns & Development Manager
Help us make a difference to people with life-limiting illnesses…
At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Campaigns and Development Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team and help turn ideas and opportunities into impactful campaigns and new income-generating products.
This is a pivotal role, acting as a key link between Marketing & Communications and Income Generation. You’ll lead the development and delivery of agreed campaigns and product development initiatives, bringing together audience insight, fundraising priorities, creative thinking and marketing expertise to deliver activity that makes a difference.
You’ll take ownership of campaigns and projects from initial concept through to launch and evaluation, ensuring they are well planned, effectively coordinated and delivered on time, within budget and against clear objectives. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Fundraising, Retail and wider Myton teams, providing clear direction and keeping activity moving.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing our campaigns and income-generating activity and to make a real difference to people and families across Coventry and Warwickshire.
This permanent role is based at our Warwick Hospice, with travel required to other Myton sites. There will be opportunities for hybrid working.
This role will require some weekend and occasional evening work.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you’re:
- Experienced in marketing, campaign management or product development, with a track record of taking activities from idea through to delivery and evaluation.
- Highly organised and commercially aware, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across teams, managing deadlines, using insight and data to inform decisions, and balancing creative thinking with a focus on measurable results.
- Passionate about using marketing to create positive impact and will want to help The Myton Hospices reach more people, generate income and deliver its strategic priorities.
- A creative, organised and collaborative marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into successful campaigns.
Other roles you may have experience of could include: Marketing Manager, Campaigns Manager, Project Manager & Product Development Manager.
This role requires a standard DBS check because you will be working in a healthcare environment. We will arrange and cover the cost of this check if you’re offered the role.
We are committed to building an inclusive workplace and encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work. However you identify, and whatever background you bring with you, we welcome you to apply. If there are any adjustments that would help improve your experience with Myton, we encourage you to share this with us.
We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities and from ethnic minorities, who are currently under-represented in our hospices. We also believe our interview process should be inclusive and transparent. If there is anything missing, or a way we can improve, please do let us know.
