Working alongside the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in building and executing the cinema’s marketing efforts.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves independent film and wants to engage with a vibrant cinematic community.
Part-time, minimum 8 hours per week on Mondays (additional hours required to provide sick/leave cover for the marketing team).
Specific Daily Duties Include:
- Curating newsletters on Mailchimp.
- Curating content for all social media channels.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, provided you have a strong drive to push the business forward.
- Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Technical Skills:Must be Mac-proficient. Imperative basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of social media platforms (specifically Instagram and TikTok) and management tools (e.g., Buffer). Willingness to use/learn CRM (Mailchimp) and CMS platforms is essential.
- Analytical Ability:Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis to track campaign performance and audience demographics.
- Industry Passion:A genuine love for film and a strong understanding of current cinematic trends, particularly in the independent film sector.
