St Hugh’s College is offering a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Lodge Day Porter to learn and progress with excellent financial and work/life balance benefits.
This is a full-time position working an average of 42 hours per week on a three-on-three off shift pattern over a six-week cycle. The role involves 12-hour shifts, typically from 7.00am to 7.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota system. Flexibility is required to meet the operational needs of the College.
You must be flexible, customer focused, approachable, professional and passionate about high standards of logistics, facilities support and student support and welfare. You will also have experience in leadership and operational management within a similar customer-facing role. Ideally you will have experience within security, and also safety experience would be an advantage.
