RNLI lifeguards have been keeping our beaches safe since 2001. In that time, they have saved more than 2,000 lives. It would not have been possible without the support of local authorities, landowners and commercial partners – or the lifesaving organisations who have worked alongside us for 25 years.
We’re looking for a Lifeguard Client Contract Coordinator to join our Procurement and Commercial team for up to 12 months.
This role supports the RNLI through managing relationships, contracts & associated income for the RNLI Lifeguard Service in partnership with Regional Delivery Teams and the Legal Team. You will be/become a subject matter expert on the RNLI’s lifeguard offer and will hold all of the data regarding the provision of the lifeguard service ensuring the management information is up to date, correctly stored and accurately presented.

Your Role
As Lifeguard Client Contract Coordinator, you will be focused on the following areas:
- Support client management of c.60 lifesaving partners.
- Assist in the Income generation in line with the RNLI lifeguard commercial strategy.
- Maintaining robust central governance of existing and new contracts.
- Complete the drafting of contracts and complying with other local authority procurement processes.
- Ensuring that lifeguard service management information is up to date.
- Producing reports and proving copy for internal and external publications.
About You
As Lifeguard Client Contract Coordinator, you will enjoy building relationships, juggling multiple timeframes and be comfortable working with challenging deadlines. To be considered for the role you will need:
- Experience in supporting a suite of supplier/contractor relationships including public sector tendering processes, contract negotiation and drafting.
- Knowledge of financial planning and reporting.
- A strong attention to detail, good organisation and administrative skills including excellent written English & high levels of numeracy.
- Advanced user skills with MS Office suite and other IT systems.
