BFI are looking for Venue Coordinators to act as the central point of contact on-site for all filmmaker/programme related Festival activity for BFI staff and partner cinema management or our partner hotel.
BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.
What you’ll do
- Act as one of two central points of contact on-site for all Festival activity for BFI staff and Southbank Centre management, or be the sole contact for Festival Guests and LFF staff our partner hotel.
- Act as face of the festival at your assigned LFF partner venue for cinema management and staff, maintain good relationships with the venues.

What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable and significant previous administrative and operational experience gained within a cultural organisation in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with other departments and with external clients/partners and service providers.
- Ability to build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations, and to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels
