Fixed Term Contract: 29 June to 30 September 2026
BFI are looking for an LFF Expanded Senior Production Coordinator (Industry) to lead on the delivery of the festival’s Broader Screen Industry programme. The role will also support the LFF Expanded Production Manager and LFF Expanded Senior Production Coordinator (Programme) on the delivery of any public facing installations.
BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and an informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with our partner venue, LFF Industry and LFF Events and Production teams to ensure the successful presentation and delivery of all components of the Broader Screen Industry activity, including a Works-In-Progress Showcase, talks programme, project showcasing and networking activity.
- Ensure all production requirements are fully briefed to the venue, events and hospitality teams to oversee the smooth running of the day.
- Work with the LFF Expanded Production Manager, Senior Production Manager, XR and Immersive Programme Lead and Production partners on the design, build and launch of broader screen installations for the public programme.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable experience working in a cultural organisation or festival in an events or production role, including working with XR and immersive technologies.
- Sound knowledge of XR technologies, file formats and devices.
- A passion for and working knowledge of storytelling through immersive technology.
