About the Role

Morley College London is seeking a Radio Production tutor to teach on our Level 3 Podcasting, Radio and Audio Production Diploma. The qualification covers a range of subjects, from skills in programming, interviewing, creating content and live broadcast, as well as recording in and outside the studio, editing in Adobe Audition, radio production using Myriad and more.

Morley College has a vibrant tradition of musical expression, which includes broadcast, music production, popular styles as well as jazz, classical, opera and sound art. The diploma will be taught in partnership with Morley Radio, based in our Waterloo site with three studios, plus satellite studios in two other centres across London.

About You

The successful candidate will be an educator with a track record of radio production skills and teaching in a group context. They will be able to plan and deliver inspiring sessions that help our students develop skills, improve technical judgement as well as grow in confidence. You should have experience of working in a further education setting with adults, of planning and delivering lessons and workshop sessions, and both summative and formative assessment.
