Mencap is looking for a Learning Delivery Coordinator on a part time (30 hours per week) permanent basis, to support our Co‑Trainers who have a learning disability and/or who are autistic. You’ll help them feel ready, supported, and empowered to deliver training that makes a real difference.

 

What will you do?

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with Co‑Trainers
  • Offer regular wellbeing check‑ins
  • Plan schedules, travel, and accessibility needs
  • Make sure Co‑Trainers feel prepared before each session
  • Keep accurate records of hours, attendance, and availability
  • Support new Co‑Trainers during onboarding
  • Work closely with Practice Development Facilitators
  • Champion inclusive practice and amplify lived‑experience voices
  • Support internal record keeping and compliance

This role mixes people support, planning, and meaningful impact.
