Mencap is looking for a Learning Delivery Coordinator on a part time (30 hours per week) permanent basis, to support our Co‑Trainers who have a learning disability and/or who are autistic. You’ll help them feel ready, supported, and empowered to deliver training that makes a real difference.
What will you do?
- Build positive, trusting relationships with Co‑Trainers
- Offer regular wellbeing check‑ins
- Plan schedules, travel, and accessibility needs
- Make sure Co‑Trainers feel prepared before each session
- Keep accurate records of hours, attendance, and availability
- Support new Co‑Trainers during onboarding
- Work closely with Practice Development Facilitators
- Champion inclusive practice and amplify lived‑experience voices
- Support internal record keeping and compliance
This role mixes people support, planning, and meaningful impact.
