Lead Coordinator for Creative English
The lead coordinator will train/coach and mentor the Creative English Tutors and Creative Hubs in order to ensure that they are equipped to deliver the programme to excellent standards. They will champion the method and programme both within the Creative English programme and beyond.
In this role you will create new material, rapidly retooling Creative English methodology to fit new challenges and new course requirements.
Managing contracts and partners will be a key part of the day to day job making sure there are coherent systems in place so others can support and take on these functions.
Developing and maintaining systems and programmes ready for rapid recruitment and deployment of other staff as contracts allow.
Representing FaithAction and Lifeline in thought leadership is a key part do this role, through academic journal articles, conference appearances and part of policy discussions.
