The Role:
To lead the landscape design and delivery of construction projects, providing a service of the highest quality. Delivering successful projects safely, on time, on budget and with good client feedback.

What you’ll do:
Provide a landscape architecture service that is high quality, creative and effective, planning, designing, and delivering successful projects safely, on time and budget, with good client feedback.

Be responsible for the leadership and management of landscape led projects typically ranging from £20,000 to £2 million, including contract administration.

Provide landscape support to multi-disciplinary design teams to achieve the efficient and effective development of projects from inception to completion.
Exercise a balance of design, construction technology and project management to create and deliver appropriate landscape architecture that achieves the client’s aims, offers best value, and is fit for purpose.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, users and other stakeholders – sometimes in sensitive and/or challenging situations, to build and maintain positive and productive relationships and achieve successful outcomes

Demonstrate and develop a high level of competence, technical and specialist knowledge.

Support the development of design and construction best practice across Property Services, through your own commitment, initiative and example.

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking fully qualified Landscape Architects with excellent design skills and proven experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You should have a thorough understanding of statutory requirements such as Health and Safety and Building Regulations, alongside strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Confident communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to influence and make sound judgements in complex situations. Highly motivated and organised, you’ll demonstrate resilience, strong customer focus, and role-model our values.
