Coaching: 2 weekday evenings (Mondays & Sundays) training sessions @ Lockleaze Sports Centre plus Wednesday afternoon BUCS fixtures home and away. Pay: £22 per hour Description of Services: As UWE lacrosse coach you will lead on the development of our lacrosse programme and competitive teams with the following responsibilities: Delivery of on pitch and sports hall sessions (to include pre-season, trials, training, BUCS fixtures and friendlies) Plan all sessions so they meet the needs of the participants and are progressive and appropriate Maintain appropriate records of your participants’ progress Support the student Club Committee to run the club effectively Work with Centre for Sport and SU colleagues to coordinate lacrosse activity Engage with coach education opportunities at UWE if desired You must attend the Coaches Induction at the start of the year (or watch the recording), read and make yourself familiar with the Coaches Handbook and understand UWE policies and procedures, including adhering to finance timescales regarding invoicing. Please note you must provide a like for like replacement if you are unable to attend a session.
