A Co-Educational Independent Day School for Students aged 11-18 IT SUPPORT ANALYST Full-time We are looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst. In this role, you will ensure that all members of staff and students receive exceptional service during all contact with the IT support team whilst maintaining an effective IT environment and developing the school’s technical services (network, hardware and software). This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. About You The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure/Entra ID; experience supporting network, servers or enterprise IT environments; excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise effectively with an understanding of data protection and security best practice. This role requires someone who is technically confident, solutions focused and committed to delivering excellent customer service, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently. Just as important is your communication style - you should be approachable, clear and able to support staff and students with patience and professionalism.
