ECC is privileged to have a growing mix of young families, older folk and everyone in-between, giving us a diverse gathering as well as thriving children's and youth ministries.

Our church internship program offers hands-on ministry experience while helping you grow in your relationship with God. As an intern, you'll work alongside the staff team, engage in community outreach, and develop your leadership skills in a supportive, Christ-centered environment. Whether you're exploring a call to ministry or seeking to serve in a meaningful way, this program will equip you both spiritually and practically.
During your 11 months with us at ECC you will live and serve within our church community, you will be placed with one of our host families to stay with, also be part of one of our growth groups, plus get to sample the finest hospitality South Manchester has to offer.

Required Skills

At ECC we want to help you find and use your giftings to build unity within the church, equipping you to serve God as best you can.
