About the Roundhouse:

The Role
To lead the Roundhouse’s work with young people aged 11-30 delivering against our charitable aims and business plan objectives. Building on our considerable expertise and reputation the role ensures young people are effectively engaged and fully integrated into our wider creative programmes.

The post holder is accountable for creating safe and high quality creative environments that uphold the values and standards of the Roundhouse. They will ensure programmes deliver robust outcomes in line with our evaluation framework and are used to inform our future programme design. The role also plays a key part in championing and advocating for young people, both within the organisation and across the wider sector.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you:

You must have considerable experience working with young people and extensive people leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Demonstrable commitment to EDI and widening access and participation is a must alongside experience leading and implementing safeguarding across on-site, off-site and online programmes.

Contract: Fixed Term until 31/03/2027
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £64,000 per annum
