We are looking for an Insurance Adviser to join Community Broking in our Llanelli office. Competitive salary, excellent benefits and hybrid working.

Salary: Starting from £30,000.00 (depending on experience)

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duration: Permanent

About the role

Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Insurance Adviser to join our Community Broking team in their Llanelli office.

As an Insurance Adviser you will provide exceptional service and advice to clients in order to maximise client satisfaction, achieving new business and related product income targets, maintaining the highest retention levels in support of the overall business strategy and handling mid-term adjustments, queries and claims in a timely professional and accurate manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver excellent client service by providing professional advice, resolving queries, and managing renewals and policy adjustments promptly.

  • Proactively support clients through regular insurance reviews, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending suitable products and solutions.

  • Manage new business quotations, policy administration, and Account Executive support efficiently while meeting agreed timescales and performance targets.

  • Ensure timely collection of client payments and maintain full compliance with company, regulatory, and industry requirements.

  • Represent the company professionally, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and continually develop technical knowledge and expertise.

  • Builds strong client relationships and delivers an excellent customer experience through confident and effective communication.

  • Provides comprehensive, advice-led reviews and recommendations tailored to client needs.

  • Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets while working within a regulated, compliant, and client-focused environment.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, IT literate, and able to manage deadlines while supporting the wider team.
