The Institute of Applied Health Sciences (IAHS) is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Institute Administration Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting academic teams in a vibrant teaching and research environment.We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys variety, working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent support.
Job Description
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will:
- Coordinate day-to-day administration for academic groups.
- Manage diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Organise and support meetings, seminars, workshops and events.
- Prepare agendas, minute and follow-up actions.
- Support financial and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.
- Coordinate induction activities.
- Help maintain and enhance the Institute's website and social media profile.
- Act as a key point of contact for signposting staff.
- Support Health, Safety and Wellbeing in IAHS.
- Support research grant applications and administration as required.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 4 scale, £28,199 - £31,236 per annum and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
