Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

We have an opening for a full time Income Team Leader within our friendly and supportive Finance team, based at our site in Farnham

.The Income Team Leader manages, administers and records all income received by Phyllis Tuckwell and includes line management of two finance assistants. Phyllis Tuckwell is very fortunate to have many streams of income from individual donors, corporate donors, community events, our retail shops, gift aid, legacies and sponsorship to name but a few. The Income Team manages entries into the bank, correctly processes the income in our finance system, Business Central, and ensures the appropriate information is reflected within Raiser’s Edge, our fundraising team’s software.

Whilst experience of working with Business Central and/ or experience in the charity sector is an advantage, this is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to further their career in finance.

About You
A successful Income Team Leader will have:
  • A proactive and can do attitude
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to muti-task
  • The ability to learn quickly and work accurately at a fast pace
  • Experience of complex reconciliations with a high volume of transactions
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles & experience of accounting packages
  • A flexible and professional approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong team working skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • AAT level 4/ MAAT or QBE
