Income Generation Executive Assistant (17.5 hours per week)

Do you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, providing high level support with a real focus on customer service?

We're recruiting for an Income Generation Executive Assistant, who will provide high quality executive support, including diary, travel and correspondence management for the Chief Income Generation Officer and Fundraising senior leadership team.

What does this role do?

As Income Generation Executive Assistant, you'll:

  • manage the inbox of the Chief Income Generation Officer, flagging urgent correspondence, prioritising and delegating as required
  • be the key point of contact for the senior Income Generation team, managing the flow of information to the right recipient and supporting timely decision-making
  • provide proactive diary management for the Chief Income Generation Officer and the senior team
  • act as a quality check, control-point for complex and priority submissions on behalf of the Chief Income Generation Officer. Co-ordinate inputs into priority documents and ensure accurate and timely completion
  • support the Chief Income Generation Officer in tracking divisional budgets and KPIs, providing detailed reports and insights to support financial planning and decision-making
  • prepare for upcoming meetings proactively by compiling papers, ensuring relevant attendance and providing appropriate pre-reading and briefings as required
  • support meetings as required, taking minutes and tracking actions to ensure timely follow-up.

Could this be you?

To be successful in this role you'll have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or a Personal Assistant, and you'll have exceptional organisation skills and very strong attention to detail.

You'll have a real customer service focus, with sound judgement and the ability to use your own initiative. You'll have strong communication skills and will be willing to support colleagues on a range of tasks, always maintaining high levels of confidentiality.

This role is part-time (17.5 hours per week) and the work pattern can be flexible, although you will not be required to work on Fridays and ideally will work on Thursdays.

What does this team do?

The Income Generation division includes all income generation aspects of Dogs Trust’s work. This encompasses a High Value team; comprising of Major Donors, International, Corporate, Philanthropy, VIP teams, and a Mass Fundraising Team; comprising of Events, Acquisition, Legacy and In-Mem, Retention, and finally Retail with 33 shops across the UK.
