The vacancy
As an Improvement Manager you will be:
-
Designing and delivering improvement and leadership programmes that help members strengthen capability and tackle inequalities.

Building strong partnerships with external organisations, in-house teams and associates to create high-impact offers.

Spotting funding and commercial opportunities, contributing to securing new work and managing delivery from bid to evaluation.

Staying close to the issues facing members, developing useful insights and influencing the conditions for successful improvement.
About You
You will have experience in designing and delivering improvement or leadership programmes as well as managing complex projects and competing priorities. You will also We would love to hear from you if you be able to:

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.

Understand improvement tools, methods and change approaches.

Bring curiosity, collaboration and confidence to help members make progress.
