Essential Criteria
Experience
Experience of community engagement, participation, or user involvement
Experience of working with data (collection, analysis, or reporting)
Experience of producing reports, case studies, or impact evidence
Experience of working in the charity, public, or social justice sector
Skills & Knowledge
Strong ability to analyse and interpret data and present it clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling narratives
Understanding of social welfare issues (e.g. housing, benefits, immigration)
Knowledge of GDPR and ethical data handling
Ability to engage effectively with vulnerable or marginalised groups

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable Criteria
Experience supporting campaigns or policy work

Experience facilitating focus groups or participatory research
Knowledge of the legal aid or advice sector
Other Requirements
Ability to travel across Norfolk where required
Flexibility to attend occasional evening events
