Salary £27,172 pro rata (pay award pending) plus 4% pension contribution

Citizens Advice Sheffield, one of the country’s largest and most dynamic local Citizens
Advice, is looking to recruit an exceptional individual to support our ICT infrastructure.
We are increasing our ICT support capacity at a critical time in the development of our
approach to cyber security.

Working closely with our Team Manager (ICT & Digital), the successful candidate will play
a key role in monitoring and addressing cyber security issues across our devices and
infrastructure.  In addition, the post holder will work closely with the rest of the team to
provide general ICT support to CAS Sheffield staff and volunteers.

Our ideal candidate(s) for this role will:

●  have a working knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus or similar accreditations
●  have practical experience of end user device security and patch management
●  have a working knowledge of Google Workspace administration or relevant

adaptable skills and experience

You will be expected to use your own initiative, be a good communicator who can work
well with colleagues in person, by phone, video call and email to understand and solve
technical problems.
