ICT Assistant Full Time, Permanent Position £31,792 - £35,332 (EVH Grade 5)

We are looking for a motivated ICT Assistant to join our team based in Glasgow’s vibrant West End.

We are looking for candidates who have a positive and passionate attitude and are keen to learn. Fundamental skills in providing office technology support in a Microsoft environment is essential.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of ICT support across the Association — helping colleagues stay connected, productive and secure. You’ll provide front-line and second-line ICT support, maintain systems and records, and work closely with external suppliers to ensure our ICT services are reliable, secure and continuously improving.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and taking ownership of their work. You’ll need good technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small, supportive team.
