**Contract Type: Permanent, Part time, 25 weekly hours (starting at 9am). Flexibility of hours to be discussed at interview stage.

The HR Data Support Administrator provides high-level administrative support across the People function, ensuring the effective delivery of People-related processes and services. This role is central to maintaining accurate colleague records, supporting recruitment and onboarding and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. The postholder will act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and managers, contributing to a positive colleague experience and efficient People operations.
Location & coverage
Our Data Support Administrator will be offered on a remote working basis, with a requirement to attend our main hub spaces as and when required for team working a collaborative meetings.

About the role
The Data Support Administrator provides high-level administrative support across the People function, ensuring the effective delivery of People-related processes and services. This role is central to maintaining accurate colleague records, supporting recruitment and onboarding and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. The postholder will act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and managers, contributing to a positive colleague experience and efficient People operations.
Key accountabilities:
- Data Management: Helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our systems; performing regular audit to identify and correct data inconsistencies in line with GDPR.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc People reports (headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment).
- Extract, gather, and cleanse data for to support data insights and support workforce decision-making; including the building of formulae.
- Support functionality and troubleshooting.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.
- Train HR team members on system usage and reporting tools.
- Ensure data processes align with policies and legal requirements
- Identify opportunities to streamline data processes
- Respond to queries related to data and reporting.
- Provide timely and accurate information to managers and business partners.
- Act as a point of contact for data-related issues.
About you
Technical:
- Experience in a HR/people administrative role.
- Proficient in the production of reports from a HCM/HRIS system e.g. Dayforce.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets using using reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Maintain and update databases such as excel spreadsheets in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity as well as using software systems
- Significant experience in the use of People System i.e. Dayforce, reporting tools and document management systems.
- Familiarity with People analytics and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Strong understanding of People processes and employment legislation.
- Experience supporting colleague relations or payroll processes.
General:
- Able to work independently and have a desire to learn and understand Trust processes to support them in making decisions within a defined parameter.
- Able to spot problems, use good judgement, and choose the right solution based on their knowledge/experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong and proficient MS Excel skills and reporting software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to influence others to change poor practice and process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
