- Job Summary
Role purpose
To partner with Directors, leaders, and managers in order to influence and lead all people related issues including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, organisational design, talent management and succession planning and change. The Ability to speak Welsh and undertake simple written communications such as emails to provide staff with the ability to work in the language of their choice.
Accountabilities
• To be fully integrated as business partners with senior leaders in order to determine HR priorities and deliver creative, appropriate solutions and employment law advice that support Amgueddfa Cymru’s strategy
• To ensure leaders/managers are given expert guidance and supported in line with employment law and policies.
• To work in partnership with leadership teams to deliver annual people activities and processes, consulting on performance management, talent, and succession planning.
• To work as part of the HR team to develop and implement HR policy and practice at site level to meet changing operational and legal requirements.
• To provide guidance on critical employee relations issues and manage complex cases
• To coach managers and leaders in managing their people and embed the BP model
• To partner with others in the HR team to ensure understanding and
timely delivery of key HR processes.Critical success factors & key challenges
