Housing Officer – Glasgow Part Time, Thursdays and Fridays (14 hours per week) £42,707 - £46,895 FTE per annum Permanent Position (EVH Grade 7)

We’re looking for a Housing Officer to join our team on a job share basis, working Thursdays and Fridays. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Maximising income and managing rent accounts

• Supporting tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing

Effectively managing Anti-Social Behaviour cases

Delivering effective estate management

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A solid understanding of housing policy and regulatory frameworks

• Proficiency in ICT systems

• A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
