Do you have excellent written, numeracy and verbal communication skills, and can take a robust but sensitive approach with people?

Do you have transferrable skills and a keen interest to learn?

Then we want to hear from you...

We are looking for a Housing Officer, to provide housing management services to residents living in our supported accommodation buildings for refugees based in Cheltenham and Gloucester. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) in our Housing Management team.

What will you be doing?

You will be able to help navigate our residents successfully through their licences/tenancies, working within a team geared towards managing all tenancy-related issues that arise. Experience in Housing Management is not essential as full training will be given, but you need to be an accurate administrator with attention to detail, good with figures and resilient to work in a challenging environment. This role will be based at the accommodation sites communicating with the residents and helping to ensure their living area is safe and habitable.

You'll be working closely with the support team on-site to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Due to the locations of our properties, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

If you are empathetic, driven, embrace opportunities and are willing to learn and reflect, we want to hear from you, to help us continue to achieve our vision and purpose.
