Could you take responsibility for our companion’s residential accommodation?

We are looking for someone to join our support team as a Housing Officer. This is an exciting new role for someone who will be responsible for ensuring that our companion’s accommodation is safe, compliant, well managed and sustainable.

You will be responsible for the companion residential accommodation ensuring that living spaces are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition and comply with health and safety standards. You will support companions to comply with their licence agreements, issuing formal warnings where necessary, and assist them in securing suitable accommodation to facilitate their move-on plans.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a social housing environment. If you have previous experience working with one of the following groups: adults at risk, children, young adults or families, we’d like to meet you.

If you would like to have an informal conversation about this role, please contact Donna Talbot CEO on 07500 338477 or via email: donna.talbot@emmauscambridge.org
