Job Description

Seasonal, zero hour contracts

£12.71 per hour for ages 21 + 

£8.20 per hour for ages 16-17, £10.85 per hour for ages 18-20

We are looking for friendly and approachable front of house team members who can deliver the highest level of experience for our visitors.

You will play a key role in providing an exceptional service by engaging with our visitors, forming a natural rapport and being attentive to their needs, including demonstrating your product knowledge by advising and making suggestions, so that they leave our hospitality venues delighted with the food and level of service they have received.

Ideally you will have great people skills, be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with good attention to detail and are able to form positive working relationships with colleagues.

The closing date for applications is Monday 13th July with interviews on Friday 17th July 2026. This  will consist of an introduction to Eden Project and group activities followed by individual interviews.
