At HARV (Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Domestic Abuse Service), we are committed to identifying, supporting and protecting adults and children affected by abuse, exploitation and violence. Healthy Relationships Worker – Connect and Respect

Salary: £27,500 per annum (job share and term-time options considered)
Working across schools and community settings, you will deliver engaging programmes that help children and young people understand healthy relationships, personal safety, consent, emotional wellbeing and respect. You will play a vital role in preventing abusive behaviours and supporting positive outcomes for young people.

Have experience working with vulnerable adults, children or young people
Understand the impact of domestic abuse, trauma and safeguarding
Are passionate about empowering individuals and improving outcomes
Can build strong professional relationships and work effectively with partner agencies
Demonstrate empathy, resilience and excellent communication skills

Additional information

All roles are based in Accrington, Lancashire, and require flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for most roles. Enhanced DBS checks will be required.
