At Via, our mission is to provide the best health and wellbeing support to as many people as possible, helping them to change their lives for the better.
Last year, we supported over 11,000 people across the UK affected by alcohol and drug use. Everything we do is driven by our values:
• Care. Care for people is at the heart of everything we do.
• Be human. We are accessible, genuine and humble. Always learning.
• Do the right thing. We’re open, honest and inclusive. We get things done.
We want to recruit the very best talent. We believe in nurturing a positive workplace culture where our colleagues feel valued, recognised, empowered, and supported.
What we’re looking forThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We’re looking for a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join our Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in the London Borough of Redbridge, based in Ilford town centre. The successful candidate will be supporting our clinical and treatment pathways, including Buvidal clinics, ambulatory alcohol detoxification, Hepatitis B vaccinations, and health and wellbeing assessments. They will contribute to the routine clinical checks and audits for the CQC registered service, form part of the MDT, and support the management and training of our local development pathways, including associate nurses and healthcare assistants.
Our nursing teams are key to ensuring the delivery of excellent services, maintaining professional standards and CQC compliance, ensuring service users have routine access to health and wellbeing assessments, and delivering key pathways for treatment and harm reduction, improving outcomes for the communities that we serve.
You won’t just be delivering clinical care – you’ll be supporting people to stabilise their health, regain confidence, and move toward a safer, more hopeful future.
We’re looking for nurses who bring empathy, clear communication, and the ability to stay grounded when situations become complex.
If you’re someone who listens deeply, approaches people without judgement, and wants to make a real impact on recovery, we’d be excited to hear from you.
