Oxfam GB is looking for a Head of Property & Estates to provide strategic leadership and management across our UK-wide estate, including over 500 shops, offices and warehouses.

You will lead the development and delivery of our Property Strategy in support of Oxfam’s Retail Transformation, ensuring our estate is cost-effective, compliant, sustainable, and fit for purpose. This role has significant responsibility for budgets (£30m+), property performance, and external partnerships, while influencing senior leadership and organisational strategy.

An ideal candidate for the role will also:

  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to influence at senior leadership level
  • Bring significant experience leading multi-site property or estates functions across complex organisations
  • Have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and developing inclusive, diverse workplaces
  • Possess strong commercial and financial acumen, including managing large budgets and delivering value
  • Have experience delivering complex property projects and strategies across multiple stakeholders
  • Show excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively
  • Hold substantial knowledge of retail property and estates management (charity sector desirable)
  • Be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
