Scarborough College is seeking an exceptional Head of Nursery to lead Little Owls, our highly regarded nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and forward-thinking leader to build on strong foundations, inspire a dedicated team and play a key role in shaping the future of our early years provision.
We are looking for someone who combines a genuine passion for early childhood education with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for children and families. Working within a supportive and ambitious school community, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, develop staff, strengthen parental engagement and contribute to the continued success and growth of the nursery.
This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position starting in January 2027. Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
