The vacancy

We’re looking for an ambitious Head of New Partnerships to drive exciting new commercial opportunities and help grow a strong, sustainable income stream.

As the Head of New Partnerships, you will:

  • lead the delivery of a strong new business pipeline, securing partnerships and achieving income targets aligned to organisational priorities.
  • identify, shape and launch new commercial opportunities, taking ideas from concept through to delivery and embedding them into ongoing activity.
  • build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a key external representative and ensuring high-quality partner experience.
  • manage and develop the New Partnerships team, supporting performance, and a results-focused culture.
  • work collaboratively across teams to ensure joined-up delivery and smooth transition from sales to delivery.

About you

You’ll bring a strong track record of winning new business, driving revenue growth and building influential relationships with senior stakeholders. We’d be especially keen to hear from you if you also:

  • are a strategic and commercially minded thinker who can spot opportunities and turn them into meaningful results.
  • are a strong and supportive team leader who can motivate others, nurture talent and deliver high performance.
  • feel confident managing targets and keeping momentum across a fast-moving pipeline of opportunities.
  • bring a proactive, adaptable and resilient approach, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
