Head of Learning, Operations & Partnerships (South)

Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 Location: Based at our head office in Gloucestershire

Help shape outdoor learning that connects young people to land, nature, and their future.

We are looking for a skilled and strategic leader to join us in this role. Based at our head office in Quenington, you’ll lead a regional team delivering impactful Outdoor Learning, land-based skills, and farm learning programmes across the South of England.

As part of the senior Learning team, you’ll combine operational leadership with a passion for environmental education – overseeing programme delivery, building partnerships, and ensuring our land is used to its full educational potential.
