The King’s School Canterbury is seeking an exceptional Head of International Admissions to lead and deliver a strategic, data-driven approach to international pupil recruitment across our Senior School, Junior King’s and International College.
This is a high-profile, outward-facing role, responsible for building strong global relationships with agents, partners and prospective families, while identifying and developing new international markets. You will lead recruitment activity worldwide, representing King’s at events and ensuring a seamless journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
Working closely with the Director of Admissions and senior leaders, you will use data and insight to shape strategy, forecast pupil numbers and maximise conversion. You will also play a key ambassadorial role for the International College, articulating its distinctive offer within international markets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international student recruitment, strong relationship management skills, and the confidence to operate independently in a global context.
