Country Club House Manager

Country Club House Manager
Salary: £13,664.03 per annum
Closing date: Noon, 12th August

Millfield School is looking for a caring, organised, and approachable individual to join our pastoral team as a Country Club House Manager. This role is central to the daily life of one of our day houses, providing supervision and support to pupils during the school day while ensuring the smooth running of the house.

This is a term-time only position, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10.45am to 7.00pm and Wednesday from 10.45am to 2.15pm, with a salary of £13,664.03 per annum.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including managing supplies and food deliveries, signing pupils in and out, and liaising with parents and staff. A key part of the role is offering a supportive presence for pupils — someone they can turn to for advice, help, or simply a friendly chat.

This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in young people’s wellbeing. If you’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy being part of a busy school environment, we would love to hear from you.
