This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across the organisation to balance social impact, commercial sustainability and operational delivery.

You’ll also develop frameworks to assess value for money, programme performance and long-term sustainability—supporting smarter decisions across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing at a senior level and turning financial insight into meaningful impact for young people.

What you’ll bring

  • Qualified accountant with strong commercial finance expertise
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions
  • Experience designing financially viable service or programme models
  • Strong understanding of value for money, risk and sustainability in funded programmes
  • Experience working across complex, multi-disciplinary environments
  • Ability to balance commercial thinking with social impact outcomes

Why join us?
