What you’ll be doing
You’ll take full ownership of the kitchen and lead from the front:
- Create nutritious, resident-focused menusthat actually make a difference
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver a high-quality dining experience
- Manage budgets, stock, and kitchen operations like a pro
- Adapt meals to dietary, cultural, and clinical needs
- Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with residents, families, and the care team to keep improving
