Guest Services Assistant- Clinical Supportto join our team on a permanent basis atThe Horder Centre, Crowborough.

As a

Guest Services Assistant, you will play a dual role, combining ward clerk/reception duties with clinical administration support to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This is a varied and dynamic role, requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently multitask in a healthcare environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and contractors - whether greeting in person or handling telephone queries- while also supporting clinical teams with high-quality administrative support behind the scenes.

Location:The Horder Centre, CrowboroughContract Type:Permanent, part time 22.5 hours per weekShift Pattern:7.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch breakSalary Range:Between £24,921 - £25,857.00 per annumRight to work in the UKIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
