Senior Registered Nurseto join our dynamic inpatient team on Dufferin Ward at The Horder Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate nurse with strong clinical expertise, particularly in orthopaedics, and a desire to contribute to exceptional patient care in an award-winning, supportive environment.Acting as a clinical role model, mentor, and leader, you will support the Ward Sister and wider team in maintaining exceptional standards of patient care, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to the continuous development of the service.
This position includes shift-based work (days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays) and is ideal for an experienced, proactive nurse with a strong background in orthopaedics or surgical care, looking to step into or continue in a leadership role.

- Leads shiftsand supervises the multidisciplinary team.

- Drives quality improvementthrough audits and governance initiatives.
- Plays an active role in service development, mentoring, and change management.
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with at least 2 years’ post-registration experience.
- UK-Based Orthopaedic or surgical nursing experience is highly desirable.
- Hold a recognised mentorship/PS/PA qualification (or willing to obtain).
