Could you bring strong graphic design skills, creative flair and studio leadership to a fast-moving in-house creative agency, delivering high-quality visual communications across digital and print while helping to shape the future of a growing design function?
We are looking to recruit a hands-on Graphic Designer and Studio Lead with excellent design judgement, strong creative production skills and the ability to work at pace across multiple briefs. The postholder will play a central role in progressing and embedding the organisation’s rebrand, producing high-quality visual assets for digital, print and events, and ensuring design is consistent, accessible and aligned to brand standards. Working closely with Communications Officers, you will interpret briefs, deliver effective creative solutions to deadline, lead day-to-day studio workflow, and coordinate external designers and suppliers where required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants not only to deliver excellent design work, but also to help grow and shape a new in-house graphic design studio.
