First Team Goalkeeping Analyst (Intern – Volunteer)

Colchester United are looking for a Goalkeeping Insights Analyst to support the First Team on an interim basis.

This is an opportunity to work within a senior professional environment, contributing directly to goalkeeper preparation and performance through video and data analysis.

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-match analysis to support preparation

• Provide post-match reviews identifying key moments and performance outcomes

• Support individual goalkeeper analysis with clear, actionable feedback

• Assist with training analysis (filming, clipping, feedback)

• Produce concise reports that impact performance and decision-making

We are looking for:

• tactical understanding of the game

• Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights

• Experience using Hudl, Wyscout, or similar platforms

• Ability to work with and interpret data to support performance insights

• Professional, reliable, and able to operate in a First Team environment
