General Manager

Jesus College are seeking to appoint a General Manager responsible for the overall operational performance, commercial success, and customer experience across Jesus College commercial conferences, accommodation and retail operations.

The role provides leadership and direction to operational teams, ensuring consistently high standards of service, financial performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The postholder will work collaboratively with the Head Chef, Sales and Events Team, Manciple and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all hospitality operations and events.

The General Manager is accountable for creating a positive and productive working culture whilst ensuring that strategic business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Hospitality, Business Management, Events Management or similar related discipline. We are looking for someone who already has significant experience managing hospitality operations, accommodation, conference, events and retail in a large conference venue and/or hotel.
