About the role

Halton Citizens Advice are seeking to recruit a full time General Adviser to join our team to deliver advice and information to clients via our face to face, telephone and digital services.

You will assist clients on a range of advice issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment and discrimination. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated, with strong IT skills, and have the ability to contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach to service delivery.

You should have knowledge of the advice areas noted above and experience of advice work in a legal advice service or similar setting
