Fundraising Operations Assistant - Ireland

Movember Campaign Support: | 1st September - 17 December 2026 | Annual Salary: (pro-rata for the duration of the assignment) €33,000

Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way.

Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a purpose-fueled crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.

DO GOOD. Work for Movember.

Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):

You'll be the beating heart of the Movember campaign across Ireland, and the reason our community feels genuinely looked after when it matters most. As part of the Oppies crew, a vibrant, high-energy team that powers the campaign from September through to December, you'll be the first voice people hear when they reach out: across email, live chat, SMS and phone. You'll process donations, support gift matching, help manage our Ireland Facebook fundraising pages, and keep a sharp eye out for anything on the website that needs flagging to the Country Director.

Beyond the inbox, you'll get stuck into research, outreach and data management alongside the Fundraising team, assist with post-campaign thanking, and help get merch and rewards into the hands of the supporters who've earned them. There's office management in the mix too, and when the campaign heats up, you'll be out at events across Ireland bringing the Movember energy in person.

This is a fixed-term, full-time role based in Dublin. It's fast-paced, people-first, and genuinely at the coal face of one of the world's most recognisable men's health movements. If you thrive in a busy environment, love connecting with people, and want your work to actually mean something, this one's for you.

No Moustache Required - but the following are:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball

  • Comfort working at pace and under pressure, with sharp attention to detail

  • A collaborative team player who also knows how to back themselves and take initiative

  • Flexibility to attend events outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends when the campaign calls for it

Not Mission Critical - but for extra bonus points:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, French or German (our community spans borders)

  • Fundraising experience, whether that's running your own campaign, supporting others, or working in the sector professionally

GOOD CAUSE:

Working for Movember, you’ll help turn ideas (and moustaches) into millions for men’s health. Every bit we raise changes the face of men’s health by funding research, improving treatments, and supporting programs that help save lives.

GOOD VIBES:

GOOD CREW:

Being different is how we started. And it’s also helped us raise $1 billion for men’s health. So, we know the power of diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.

Movember is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and workplace - a place where we can all be ourselves, and each have the equal opportunity to succeed and be recognised for our unique contribution. We value the experiences, skills and perspectives of all individuals and actively encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds. We make recruitment decisions based on applicants’ skills, experience and knowledge, ensuring all applicants are treated fairly.
